Asia Today Is Taking Over the Bar at Firangi Superstar — Just for One Night

On April 24, we’re handing the bar over to Asia Today, one of Bangkok’s most talked-about cocktail bars. For one night only, their team will be mixing drinks at the Officers Club, our intimate upstairs space at Firangi Superstar.
What’s Special About Asia Today
Asia Today is known for creating unique cocktails using wild Thai honey, which they collect from different parts of Thailand. Each type of honey has its own taste, depending on the region and the bees. The team carefully blends these rare honeys into cocktails using premium spirits.
They’re bringing four cocktails to Singapore, each featuring a different honey and a spirit from Brown-Forman — including Ford’s Gin, Herradura Tequila, and Diplomático Rum.
The team behind the bar includes:
Attapon De Silva – Beverage Director at Asia Today
Kwan (Pornkamon) – Senior Honey Keeper, who works closely with the honey sourcing
Snacks by Chef Raj
To pair with the drinks, Chef Raj has created three bar snacks, each one also using wild honey in some way. These snacks are only available during this event.
What to Expect
From 7PM to 10PM, the Officers Club in Firangi Superstar will feel like a bar in Bangkok — dim lights, great drinks, and a menu you won’t find anywhere else in Singapore.
