Five years ago, we set off in search of a rather different kind of Indian dining experience.
There were spices. There were stories. There were a few questionable decisions along the way.
And somehow, here we are.
For our fifth anniversary, the next chapter takes us to Bangkok — by way of our dining room.
Enter Chef Thav of Michelin-starred 80/20, Bangkok, joining our kitchen for a two-night-only four-hands collaboration where contemporary Thai and modern Indian meet, mingle and make a little delicious trouble.
The result?
Four courses. Plenty of surprises. And a meeting of two culinary worlds that was always bound to get interesting.
